Kitchen Steward (Part-time)
Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out general cleaning which includes sweeping, mopping the storeroom, bar, kitchen, and cleaning equipment at the end of day.
- Dishwashing with use of machine for crockeries and cutleries.
- Collect and remove trash from all areas, and properly dispose waste according to store and the authority's standards.
- Ensure the kitchen is clean and well maintained at all times.
- Ensure floors are dry and clean at all times.
- Packing and unloading of goods.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Working hours from 4pm - 10pm
- Able to work 1 to 2 days per week
- No minimum qualification required

Service Staff - Lounge (Part-time)
Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day operations at F&B outlets (serving, taking orders, clearing tables, billing, etc.) and render quality customer service to visitors.
- Maintain good customer relations and project courteous and hospitable attitude at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness of the entertainment outlets.
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the F&B manager.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Applicants must be at least 17 years old.
- Willing to perform shift work on weeknights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Self-provision of shoes and pants
- For applicants who are willing to work in a lounge environment and serve alcohol.
- Fri & Sat only.

Cook (Part-time)
Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in all kitchen duties
- Prepare local, Chinese and Western cuisines
- Prepare ingredients for cooking and storage e.g. cutting, washing, etc
- Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of kitchen
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Lead Cook or Assistant F&B Manager
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Preferably 2 years of experience as a cook/chef
- Minimum GCE 'N' level
- Willing to work on a basis of split shift
- Willing to work 1 or 2 days a week
- Possess food hygiene and workplace safety certificate

M&E Technician (Part-time)
Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out all maintenance work(mechanical and electrical) within the club and ensure all tools and machinery are well maintained and in working condition.
- Perform periodic inspections to minimise equipment breakdown.
- Respond to maintenance calls promptly and work closely with team members to troubleshoot and service any faulty equipment.
- Monitor and supervise external contractors in all maintenance works to ensure compliance with all requirements.
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum NTC/NITEC in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Air-con) or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays

Lifeguard (Part-time)
Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety of pool users and perform emergency rescue when required.
- Enforce all safety procedures / measures and maintain orderliness at pool, chalets and bungalow area.
- Maintain good discipline and high level of professionalism at all times.
- Report all occurrences without delay through the proper channels.
- Perform any duties as and when assigned by your Manager.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Possess qualified Lifesaving 123, valid Bronze Medallion and CPR + AED certificaiton (Lifeguard)
- Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to perform shift work (weekdays only)

AV Technician (Part-time)
Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Operations Manager, you are to provide audio visual (AV) support to the club facilities and events held in the club.
- Provide sound advice and reliable support to members and guests, and work closely with maintenance team to troubleshoot any possible technical issues should it arise during the event.
- Propose and perform preventive maintenance for all audio visual equipment to ensure that they are well maintained and in good working condition.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' level with at least 2 years of relevant experience being AV Technician.
- Customer-oriented, independent with initiative.
- Able to work including weekends and public holidays, at least 4 hours per day.

Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:

Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up room decorations and furniture arrangement.
- Ensure all food and beverages are prepared and served correctly and promptly.
- Perform tear-down after the function and return/keep all equipment and furniture.
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Supervisor.
