1. M&E Supervisor/Executive

Main Responsibilities:


  • Lead and supervise the M&E team in providing high standards in maintenance works.
  • Develop a team of excellence in M&E through constant guidance, on-the-job training, and leading by example.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and uphold employee conduct in the team.
  • Plan duty roster and development courses for the M&E staff.

  • Manage the day-to-day operations and liaise with various stakeholders to ensure timely completion of M&E service requests.
  • Manage preventive measures and breakdown maintenance for all M&E systems (electrical, ACMV, fire protection, lift, etc.). 
  • Conduct routine inspections and meetings with service providers to ensure all technical works comply with government regulations and contractual requirements.
  • Conduct periodical statutory requirement audits on M&E systems.
  • Provide advice and draft reports to improve existing M&E systems and services.

  • Verify and validate payments/quotations and recommendations submitted by vendors.
  • Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Manager.


  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Possession of a valid Electrician’s Licence from the Energy Market Authority (EMA) or an equivalent license is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

2. Lifeguard cum Events Officer

Main Responsibilities:

Lifeguard Duties

  • Ensure the safety of pool users and perform emergency rescue when required.
  • Enforce all safety procedures/measures and maintain orderliness at pool, chalet, and bungalow area
  • Maintain discipline and high level of professionalism at all times.
  • Report all occurrences without delay and through the proper chain of channels.
Water Sports/Activities/Swimming Lessons

  • Plan for activities in events calendar on a monthly and yearly basis
  • Design and conduct fun-filled waterborne events for cohesion or teambuilding activities.
  • Conduct swimming lessons based on the guidelines established by the club management. 
Service and Maintenance

  • Manage the pool's filtration system operations and other related duties.
  • Carry out simple repair and maintenance works at the pool and its surroundings.
  • Assist in supervising contractors during the pool cleaning process.
  • Check, maintain and ensure all pool-related equipment for serviceability.
  • Ensure the hygiene level of the pool water is achieved to meet NEA standards.

  • Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Manager

  • Higher NITEC in Business Studies (Sports Management) or Diploma in Sports Management/Leisure Management
  • Possess qualified Lifesaving 123, valid Bronze Medallion and CPR + AED qualifications
  • Experience in conducting water sports/activities 
  • Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to perform shift work including weekends and public holidays

3. Banquet Operations Service Staff (Part-time)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in setting up room decorations and furniture arrangement.
  • Ensure all food and beverages are prepared and served correctly and promptly.
  • Perform tear-down after the function and return/keep all equipment and furniture.
  • Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Supervisor. 

  • Applicants must be at least 16 years old
  • Willing to work in the Jurong East area
  • Self-provision of black shoes, pants or skirt

Hourly Rates:

  • $6.50/hr (Non-peak)
  • $7.50/hr (Peak)
