Senior Sales & Banquet Administrator

Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Banquet

  • Update and keep track of sales and banquet staff daily movement and update HR department. (e.g. sales and banquet roster update). 
  • Lead the preparation and organisation of department ad-hoc gatherings.
  • Co-ordinate and prepare basic (daily items) ITQ requisition for sales and banquet related items.  
  • Check and tally manpower allocation for event requirements.
  • Keep track of event orders and ensure the timely delivery and set up of equipment, fixtures, etc. 
  • Prepare all written materials such as proposals, contracts and all other inter-departmental forms accurately.
  • Close daily NETS and Visa machine sales, upload digital signage contents, co-ordinate car parking arrangements, menu inserts, phone call enquiries, etc.
  • Generate timely and accurate weekly event forecast, lead generation meeting materials, monthly KPI, course updates and half yearly DSTA data. 
  • Handle phone calls and walk-in enquiries when needed, document requirements, and check on venue availability. 
  • Prepare and control the inventory of corporate, wedding and private function sales kits, sales and marketing materials and gifts. 
  • Manage club and vendors booking using the club's facilities management system.
  • Provide logistics support to the sales and marketing events if required.
  • Rotational Saturday duty with the sales and marketing team.
  • Perform any other duties as and when assigned by your Manager.

Marketing

  • Track feedback from e-mails and surveys, drive discussions, and ensure follow-up actions are executed. 
  • Curate client database using exisitng customer data, leads, name cards collection.
  • Co-ordinate the updating of website contents and replenish posters in the club. 
  • Compile yearly pricing, promotions, competition and developments by potential competitors. 
  • Assist in the execution of activities such as photo shoot, video production and events.
  • Track the effectiveness of marketing activities.
  • Assist Sales and Marketing Team in updating all database information, consolidating information, compiling reports when required.
  • Reply to all banquet e-mail enquiries with proposals
  • Source for ad-hoc gifts for corporate clients and wedding favours.
  • Maintain sales and marketing image library.
  • Co-ordinate and work with in-house designer and copywriter on drafted marketing materials and ensure timely loading of details within stipulated deadlines.
  • Assist in e-mail blast to potential clients. 
  • Source for updates to database (new clients by industry), market THE CHEVRONS through telemarketing and arrange for meet-ups for sales personnel.
  • Co-ordinate collaborations or deals with external parties.    

Banquet

  • To receive linen, and keep track of linen movement and costing. 
  • Work closely with head of banquet to ensure expenditure on part-timers is cost effective, and ensure service rendered meets the clients' and club's needs.
  • Keep track and consolidate OT and part-timer cost on a monthly basis. 
  • Monitor and ensure kitchen cleaning is done after every event. 
  • Monitor monthly carpet cleaning, store upkeep and monthly beverage closing.  
  • Ensure biannual banquet inventory check is performed by banquet team. 
  • Ensure pest control measures are performed, perform routine checks at the kitchen and function rooms. 
  • Apply for NEA licensing and ensure full-time banquet staff follow through stringent HACCP procedure required by NEA. 
  • Schedule for operable wall and decorative light maintenance.
  • Assist in the sourcing of banquet part-timers and make arrangements for events. 
  • Perform any other duties as and when assigned by your Manager.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:

  • At least Diploma in Hotel Management/Diploma in procurement or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales and/or operations.
  • Must possess WSQ Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
  • Team player with pleasant personality. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong ability to multi-task.
  • Results-oriented, independent, creative, resourceful, and service oriented.

M&E Technician (Part-time)

Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out all maintenance work(mechanical and electrical) within the club and ensure all tools and machinery are well maintained and in working condition. 
  • Perform periodic inspections to minimise equipment breakdown. 
  • Respond to maintenance calls promptly and work closely with team members to troubleshoot and service any faulty equipment.
  • Monitor and supervise external contractors in all maintenance works to ensure compliance with all requirements. 
  • Perform any other duties as and when assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum NTC/NITEC in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Air-con) or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays

Hourly Rates:

  • $8.50/hr (Non-peak)
  • $9.00/hr (Peak)

F&B Executive (Jnr)

Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Manager / Senior F&B Executive, you are to assist in day-to-day operations of the outlets (including daily opening and closing) and execute his / her duties in his / her absence.
  • Responsible for the general appearance, orderliness, cleanliness, and proper set up of the outlets and its related areas.
  • Conduct daily checks on outlets before and after operations to ensure all cash floats, equipment, fixtures, stocks, glassware, etc. are in order and to be held accountable for the daily perpetual inventory of the outlets.
  • Check all equipment located or used in the outlets and request immediate repairs when necessary and make every attempt to prevent the loss or damage of Club’s property.
  • Ensure no absence of Club’s equipment in the outlets.
  • Ensure sufficient stock for daily food & beverage sales and all sales are properly accounted for at established prices. 
  • To report daily sales, events, and incidents to your immediate superior.
  • Train and supervise all service and bar staff in the outlets, ensuring that they adhere to and provide the required grooming and service standards and minimise irregularities in the handling of monies.
  • Handle and follow up feedback from members or guests.
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties on all matters related to outlet events.
  • Monitor sales targets.
  • Handle and troubleshoot the POS and KOD systems.
  • Perform any other duties as and when assigned by your Manager / Assistant F&B Manager.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:

  • At least GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma in F&B Management
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in F&B in a similar capacity.
  • Must possess WSQ Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
  • Good communication and organisation skills.
  • Good knowledge of liquor, wine, and mixed drinks.
  • Competency in MS Office and Outlook.
  • Able to perform shift work on week nights, weekends and public holidays.

Lifeguard (Part-time)

Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety of pool users and perform emergency rescue when required.
  • Enforce all safety procedures / measures and maintain orderliness at pool, chalets and bungalow area.
  • Maintain good discipline and high level of professionalism at all times.
  • Report all occurrences without delay through the proper channels.
  • Perform any duties as and when assigned by your Manager.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Higher NITEC in Business Studies (Sports Management) or Diploma in Sports Management / Leisure Management
  • Possess qualified Lifesaving 123, valid Bronze Medallion and CPR + AED certificaiton (Lifeguard)
  • Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to perform shift work (weekdays only)

Hourly Rates:

  • $10.00 / hour 

AV Technician (Part-time)

Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Operations Manager, you are to provide audio visual (AV) support to the club facilities and events held in the club.
  • Provide sound advice and reliable support to members and guests, and work closely with maintenance team to troubleshoot any possible technical issues should it arise during the event.
  • Propose and perform preventive maintenance for all audio visual equipment to ensure that they are well maintained and in good working condition.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' level with at least 2 years of relevant experience being AV Technician.
  • Customer-oriented, independent with initiative.
  • Able to work including weekends and public holidays, at least 4 hours per day.

Hourly Rates:

  • $8.50 to $11.00/hour depending on experience

F&B Service Staff (Full-time)

Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily outlet operations (serving, taking orders, billing etc).
  • Maintain cleanliness of the outlets, bar and service area.
  • Render a high level of customer service to members and guests.
  • Perform any other duties as and when assigned by your Supervisor.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Possess WSQ Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
  • Good communication and excellent customer service
  • Willing to perform shift work on weekday nights, weekends and public holidays

F&B Service Staff - KTV & Café (Part-time)

Main Duties and Key Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day operations in F&B outlets (serving, taking orders, clearing, billing etc.) and render quality customer service to visitors. 
  • Maintain good customer relations and project courteous and hospitable attitude at all times. 
  • Maintain cleanliness of the entertainment outlets. 
  • Perform any other duties as and when assigned by your Supervisor
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Applicants must be at least 17 years old 
  • Willing to perform shift work on weeknights, weekends, and public holidays 
  • Able to work in the Jurong East area 
  • Self-provision of shoes and pants

Hourly Rates:

  • $8.00/hr (Non-peak)
  • $9.00/hr (Peak)

Banquet Operations Service Staff (Part-time)


Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in setting up room decorations and furniture arrangement.
  • Ensure all food and beverages are prepared and served correctly and promptly.
  • Perform tear-down after the function and return/keep all equipment and furniture.
  • Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Supervisor. 
Job Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Applicants must be at least 16 years old
  • Willing to work in the Jurong East area
  • Self-provision of black shoes, pants or skirt

Hourly Rates:

  • $8.00/hr (Non-peak)
  • $9.00/hr (Peak)
