Sales & Marketing Officer

Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Senior Sales and Marketing Manager, you are responsible for achieving any sales budget assigned
  • Respond and handle all enquiries pertaining to the club’s banquet facilities and packages
  • Prepare quotation and sales contract in a timely manner
  • Coordinate all aspects of banquet events including venue management, caterers, designers, contractors and equipment rental (where applicable)
  • Make sure all functions run smoothly and effectively
  • Prepare sales call reports, event orders, and other related documents
  • Promote and maintain high level of guest service standards
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Senior Sales and Marketing Manager
Job Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Hotel Management or related discipline
  • 2 years experience in sales and marketing preferred, fresh graduates may also apply 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong ability to multi-task, results-oriented, independent, and resourceful

AV Technician

Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Operations Manager, you are to provide all audio-visual (AV) support to the club facilities and events held in the club.
  • Provide sound advice and reliable support to members and guests, and work closely with the maintenance team to troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during events.
  • Propose and perform preventive maintenance for all AV equipment to ensure that they are well maintained and in good working condition.
  • Liaise with external AV contractors to carry out improvement works.
  • Keep track and conduct monthly inventory check on all AV equipment.
  • Perform any other duties as and when assigned by your Manager.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' level with at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar industry; those with more experience will be considered for a senior position.
  • Customer-oriented, independent, possess initiative.
  • Able to perform shift work including weekends and public holidays.

F&B Executive (Jnr)

Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Manager / Senior F&B Executive, you are to assist in day-to-day operations of the outlets (including daily opening and closing) and execute his / her duties in his / her absence.
  • Responsible for the general appearance, orderliness, cleanliness, and proper set up of the outlets and its related areas.
  • Conduct daily checks on outlets before and after operations to ensure all cash floats, equipment, fixtures, stocks, glassware, etc. are in order and to be held accountable for the daily perpetual inventory of the outlets.
  • Check all equipment located or used in the outlets and request immediate repairs when necessary and make every attempt to prevent the loss or damage of Club’s property.
  • Ensure no absence of Club’s equipment in the outlets.
  • Ensure sufficient stock for daily food & beverage sales and all sales are properly accounted for at established prices. 
  • To report daily sales, events, and incidents to your immediate superior.
  • Train and supervise all service and bar staff in the outlets, ensuring that they adhere to and provide the required grooming and service standards and minimise irregularities in the handling of monies.
  • Handle and follow up feedback from members or guests.
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties on all matters related to outlet events.
  • Monitor sales targets.
  • Handle and troubleshoot the POS and KOD systems.
  • Perform any other duties as and when assigned by your Manager / Senior F&B Executive.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:

  • At least GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma in F&B Management
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in F&B in a similar capacity.
  • Must possess WSQ Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
  • Good communication and organisation skills.
  • Good knowledge of liquor, wine, and mixed drinks.
  • Competency in MS Office and Outlook.
  • Able to perform shift work on week nights, weekends and public holidays.

Senior M&E Technician

Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Operations Manager, you are to carry out all maintenance work within the club and ensure all equipment is well maintained and in good working condition. 
  • Perform periodic inspection to minimise equipment breakdown. 
  • Respond to maintenance calls promptly and work closely with team members to troubleshoot and service any faulty equipment.
  • Monitor and supervise external contractors in all maintenance works to ensure compliance with all requirements. 
  • Perform any other duties as and when assigned by your Manager.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum Professional Certificate/NITEC in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar industry.
  • Able to perform shift work including weekends and public holidays.

AV Technician(Part-time)

Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Operations Manager, you are to provide audio visual (AV) support to the club facilities and events held in the club.

  • Customer-oriented, independent with initiative.
  • Able to work including weekends and public holidays, at least 4 hours per day.

Hourly Rates:

  • $8.50 to $11.00/hour depending on experience

 

F&B Service Staff (Part-time)


Main Duties and Key Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day operations in F&B entertainment outlets (serving, taking orders, clearing, billing etc.) and render quality customer service to visitors. 
  • Maintain good customer relations and project courteous and hospitable attitude at all times. 
  • Maintain cleanliness of the entertainment outlets. 
  • Perform any other duties as and when assigned by your Supervisor
Job Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Applicants must be at least 16 years old 
  • Willing to perform shift work on weeknights, weekends, and public holidays 
  • Able to work in the Jurong East area 
  • Self-provision of shoes and pants

Hourly Rates:

  • $8.00/hr (Non-peak)
  • $9.00/hr (Peak)

Banquet Operations Service Staff (Part-time)


Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in setting up room decorations and furniture arrangement.
  • Ensure all food and beverages are prepared and served correctly and promptly.
  • Perform tear-down after the function and return/keep all equipment and furniture.
  • Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Supervisor. 
Job Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Applicants must be at least 16 years old
  • Willing to work in the Jurong East area
  • Self-provision of black shoes, pants or skirt

Hourly Rates:

  • $8.00/hr (Non-peak)
  • $9.00/hr (Peak)
