Security Officer

Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to the surveillance, car park, and fire alarm systems to guard against theft, fire, damage and trespassing.
  • Ensure that all required patrols and surveillance are carried out accordingly.
  • Protect the building and grounds by performing safety checks and follow up with the Supervisor to remove any safety or security hazards.
  • Control and assist the movement of vehicles in and out of the building when necessary, including directing vehicles to other car parks and assisting at the car park exit gantry. 
  • Implement the required SOP involving the club's shuttle bus and midnight transport
  • Use AED in the event of an accident, power disruption, or medical emergency, if required. 
  • Respond to any reported fire emergency immediately and carry out the duties as part of the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT), and assist the Fire Safety Manager during the evacuation.
  • Perform any other duties as and when assigned by your Supervisor or Manager.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum ‘O’ level with at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Possess valid security licence from PLRD
  • AED certified preferred
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possesses a positive work attitude with a strong service-oriented mindset
  • Able to perform rotating shifts which includes duties on weekends and public holidays

F&B Executive (Jnr)

Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Manager / Senior F&B Executive, you are to assist in day-to-day operations of the outlets (including daily opening and closing) and execute his / her duties in his / her absence.
  • Responsible for the general appearance, orderliness, cleanliness, and proper set up of the outlets and its related areas.
  • Conduct daily checks on outlets before and after operations to ensure all cash floats, equipment, fixtures, stocks, glassware, etc. are in order and to be held accountable for the daily perpetual inventory of the outlets.
  • Check all equipment located or used in the outlets and request immediate repairs when necessary and make every attempt to prevent the loss or damage of Club’s property.
  • Ensure no absence of Club’s equipment in the outlets.
  • Ensure sufficient stock for daily food & beverage sales and all sales are properly accounted for at established prices. 
  • To report daily sales, events, and incidents to your immediate superior.
  • Train and supervise all service and bar staff in the outlets, ensuring that they adhere to and provide the required grooming and service standards and minimise irregularities in the handling of monies.
  • Handle and follow up feedback from members or guests.
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties on all matters related to outlet events.
  • Monitor sales targets.
  • Handle and troubleshoot the POS and KOD systems.
  • Perform any other duties as and when assigned by your Manager / Assistant F&B Manager.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:

  • At least GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma in F&B Management
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in F&B in a similar capacity.
  • Must possess WSQ Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
  • Good communication and organisation skills.
  • Good knowledge of liquor, wine, and mixed drinks.
  • Competency in MS Office and Outlook.
  • Able to perform shift work on week nights, weekends and public holidays.

AV Technician(Part-time)

Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Operations Manager, you are to provide audio visual (AV) support to the club facilities and events held in the club.
  • Provide sound advice and reliable support to members and guests, and work closely with maintenance team to troubleshoot any possible technical issues should it arise during the event.
  • Propose and perform preventive maintenance for all audio visual equipment to ensure that they are well maintained and in good working condition.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' level with at least 2 years of relevant experience being AV Technician.
  • Customer-oriented, independent with initiative.
  • Able to work including weekends and public holidays, at least 4 hours per day.

Hourly Rates:

  • $8.50 to $11.00/hour depending on experience

 

F&B Service Staff (Part-time)


Main Duties and Key Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day operations in F&B entertainment outlets (serving, taking orders, clearing, billing etc.) and render quality customer service to visitors. 
  • Maintain good customer relations and project courteous and hospitable attitude at all times. 
  • Maintain cleanliness of the entertainment outlets. 
  • Perform any other duties as and when assigned by your Supervisor
Job Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Applicants must be at least 16 years old 
  • Willing to perform shift work on weeknights, weekends, and public holidays 
  • Able to work in the Jurong East area 
  • Self-provision of shoes and pants

Hourly Rates:

  • $8.00/hr (Non-peak)
  • $9.00/hr (Peak)

Banquet Operations Service Staff (Part-time)


Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in setting up room decorations and furniture arrangement.
  • Ensure all food and beverages are prepared and served correctly and promptly.
  • Perform tear-down after the function and return/keep all equipment and furniture.
  • Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Supervisor. 
Job Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Applicants must be at least 16 years old
  • Willing to work in the Jurong East area
  • Self-provision of black shoes, pants or skirt

Hourly Rates:

  • $8.00/hr (Non-peak)
  • $9.00/hr (Peak)
