Where applicable, the club employs other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf, such as third parties who assist the club in operating our website, mass printing of membership cards, and delivery of packages/items. Other than the aforesaid, you will receive notification when information about you may be shared with third parties and you will have the option whether or not to allow us to share the information.

The club will not be liable for any loss of personal information that is not a result of negligence, or poorly maintained and insufficient security measures.

Retention

All personal data you provide will be retained by the club in accordance with statutory requirements where applicable. Where it is not legislated, the club will retain the data as deemed necessary by the business for periods between 6 months to 3 years.

The club would like to assure you that your privacy is important to us. The personal data you provide to us will be handled by trained, authorised staff in accordance with our Privacy Policy in strictest confidence.

Upon receiving your Consent Withdrawal Form, we will remove your data from our marketing list within 30 days. While you will cease to receive information on benefits and privileges via the channels you have selected in the form, you will still be able to obtain the information from our website.
