1. M&E Technician Main Responsibilities: - Reporting to the Maintenance & Operations Manager, you are required to monitor the club’s building mechanical and electrical maintenance at the highest standards
- Conduct regular checks and carry out preventive maintenance in all M&E areas
- Carry out maintenance and repair works in accordance to schedule upon requests and record proper documentation
- Monitor contractors in their routine of servicing and repair
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned by your Manager
Requirements: - Minimum NITEC in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field, specialising in maintenance or repair
- 6-day work week with shift on weekends and public holiday

2. Finance Officer (Accounts Payable) Main Responsibilities: - Reporting to the Finance Manager, you are required to handle partial set of accounts, mainly accounts payable
- Receive and verify goods and services’ invoices against purchase orders, delivery orders and requisition forms
- Ensure proper documentation and procedures before preparing cheques for payment
- Assist the Finance Executive in the month end accounts closing
- Compute and prepare salary payments for part-time employees and collate their payroll schedules for yearly IR8A submission
- Assist the Finance Executive in the weekly tabulation of club’s sales collection
- Assist in monthly games machine collections including Fruit Machines, Toy Catcher machines, Arcade games machines, Pool tables, massage chairs and Darts machines
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned by your Manager
Requirements: - Minimum GCE 'O' Level
- At least 2 years of experience in handling AP functions
- Experience in Accpac will be an added advantage
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong ability to multi-task, independent and meticulous

3. AV Technician Main Responsibilities: - Reporting to the Maintenance & Operations Manager, you are to provide all audio visual (AV) support to
the club facilities and events held in the club - Provide sound advice and reliable support to members and guests, and work closely with maintenance team
to troubleshoot any possible technical issues that may arise during the event - Propose and perform preventive maintenance for all audio visual equipment to ensure that they are well maintained and in good working condition
- Liaise with external AV contractors to carry out improvement works effectively
- Keep track and conduct monthly inventory check on all the audio visual equipment
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned by your Manager
Requirements: - Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' level with at least 2 years of relevant experience in similar industry
- Customer-oriented, independent with initiative
- Able to perform shift work including weekends and public holidays

4. Events Officer Main Responsibilities: - Brainstorm with the subcommittees members to plan for events that are popular, engaging and
fresh for the members - Establish and manage event’s budget closely to ensure a positive balance sheet with all expenses
accounted for, including collection of all participating fees - Create publicity materials, such as banners and posters and publicise them through e-mail blast,
company website, SAF intranet, etc - Handle corporate/private events enquiries, ascertain client’s requirements, prepare proposal/quotation
and assist the client until the end of event - Liaise closely with event company, travel agency and all other external parties, and to ensure all logistic
arrangements are taken care of to achieve members’ satisfaction - Perform all event administrative duties, such as response to enquiries/reservations, registration,
fees collection, etc - Monitor, tabulate and submit participation data to the team leader, as well as collating
members’ feedback for improvement - Perform any other duties as and when assigned by your Manager
Requirements: - Diploma in Events/Marketing
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in events management
- Proficient in MS Office and Desktop Publishing Skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong ability to multi-task and, results-oriented, independent, creative and resourceful
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when necessary

5. Banquet Operations Officer Main Responsibilities: - Reporting to the Supervisor, you are to carry out banquet operations and coordinate logistics
in accordance with the event order - Liaise with all parties and ensure all requirements are catered for the event
- Perform room setup, including decorations and ensure all logistics are in place
- Responsible for adequate manpower for each function and provide admin brief to all service staff
before the commencement of the event - Ensure all food and beverages are prepared and served correctly and promptly
- Perform tear-down after the function and return/keep all equipment and furniture
- Keep track and conduct inventory check on all the beverages stock balance and
operating equipment - Perform any other duties as and when assigned by your Supervisor
Requirements: Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level Preferably 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, those without experience are also welcome to apply Must possess WSQ Basic Food Hygiene Certificate Team player with pleasant personality and service oriented Strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong ability to multi-task and, results-oriented, independent, creative and resourceful Able to perform shift work including weekends and public holidays Only Singaporean and PR need to apply
