1. Security Officer Main Responsibilities: Reporting to the Supervisor, you are to monitor and response to the surveillance, car park and alarm systems to guard against theft, fire, damage and trespassing Supervise the agency guards ensuring that all required patrols and surveillance are carried out accordingly, including the frequency of the "clocking" at the designated points daily Protect the building and grounds by performing safety checks and follow-up with the supervisor to correct any safety or security hazards Control and assist the movement of vehicles into and out of the building on days with multiple events, including directing vehicles to other car parks and assist at the car park exit gantry Implement the required SOP in the event of an accident, power disruption, shuttle bus, midnight transport and medical emergency using AED when required Response to reported fire emergency immediately and carry out the duties as the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT), and assist the Fire Safety Manager during the fire drill Perform any other duties as and when assigned by your Supervisor
Requirements: Minimum 'O' level with at least 2 years of relevant experience Possess valid security licence from SIRD AED certified preferred Possess good communication and interpersonal skills Positive work attitude with strong customer service-oriented mindset Able to perform shift work including weekends and public holidays 5-day work week (9-hour shift) Only Singaporean and PR may apply
2. Lifeguard Main Responsibilities: Reporting to Pool Supervisor, you shall perform the following duties at the highest level of service, safety and performance Ensure the safety of pool users and perform rescue duties when necessary Enforce all safety procedures/measures and maintain orderliness at pool area Manage the pool's filtration system operations and all related duties Carry out simple repair and maintenance works of the pool and its surroundings Supervise the cleaning of the pool by contractors Check and maintain all pool's related equipment for serviceability Perform any duties as and when assigned by your manager
Requirements: Minimum GCE 'N' Levels Basic computer knowledge Valid Bronze Medallion and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certificates Knowledge of first aid, Automated External Defibrillation and ISO 9001:2000 would be an added advantage Good visual and hearing abilities Medically fit Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills Able to perform shift work including weekends and public holidays 6-day work week (7 hours of work) Only Singaporean and PR may apply
