1. HR & Admin Executive Main Responsibilities: - Reporting to HR & Admin Manager, you are responsible for the full spectrum of HR & Administrative activities and functions
- Review and enhance HR strategies, procedures, processes and policies, and ensure consistency and compliance
- Keep abreast of HR market trends and practices, and conduct market research and industry benchmarking analysis in C&B
- Develop HRM initiatives in rewards and performance management, talent management, and employee engagement
- Provide advice to Line Managers on grievance handling, staff counselling and coaching, and disciplinary issues
- Perform and oversee daily HR activities and office administration
- Perform any other duties assigned by your Manager
Requirements: - Degree in Human Resource Management
- HR Generalist with 3 years experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multi-task & meticulous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications & HRIS

2. Senior Purchasing Officer Main Responsibilities: - Reporting to the Finance Manager, you are responsible for the sourcing, evaluation and procurement of all items in the most cost effective manner
- Ensure procedure compliance administration in accordance to the Financial Manual
- Raise, monitor and expedite on purchase order, and ensure timely delivery
- Manage and review suppliers, on their pricing, quality and delivery ability
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned by your Manager
Requirements: - Min ‘O’ Level qualification with at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar industry
- Good Knowledge in sourcing and purchasing in F&B and M&E
- Excellent sourcing and negotiating skills
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong ability to multi-task, independent & resourceful

3. Finance Assistant (3 months) Temp to Perm Main Responsibilities: - Reporting to Senior Finance Executive, you are responsible for maintaining the information, records and preparation of purchase order
- Ensure procedure compliance administration in accordance to the Financial Manual
- Raise, monitor and expedite on purchase order, and ensure timely delivery
- Assist your Supervisor in all daily accounting activities
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned by your Supervisor
Requirements: - Min ‘O’ Level qualification, preferably with 1 year of relevant working experience
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong ability to multi-task, independent and meticulous

4. Security Officer
Main Responsibilities: - Reporting to the Maintenance & Operations Manager, you are to patrol around and ensure the safety and security of the premises
- Assist to ensure all members and guests are attired in accordance with the Club’s Rules
- Perform crowd control as and when required
- Man the computer and CCTV system at the FCC
- Activate all key personnel when incidents occur
- Log in all incidents in the Occurrence Book during the tour of duty
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned by your Manager
Requirements: - Minimum ‘O’ level with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive work attitude with strong customer service oriented mindset
- Able to perform shift work including weekends and public holidays

5. Lifeguard Main Responsibilities: - Reporting to the Pool Supervisor, you shall perform the following duties at the highest level of service, safety and performance
- Ensure the safety of pool users and perform rescue duties when necessary
- Enforce all safety procedures/measures and maintain orderliness at pool area
- Manage the pool’s filtration system operations and all related duties
- Carry out simple repair and maintenance works of the pool and its surrounding/area
- Supervise the cleaning of the pool by contractors
- Check and maintain all pool’s related equipment for serviceability
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Events & Activities Manager
Requirements: - Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level
- Basic computer knowledge
- Valid Bronze Medallion and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certificates
- Knowledge of first aid, Automated External Defibrillation and ISO 9001:2000 would be an added advantage
- Good visual and hearing abilities
- Medically fit
- Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to perform shift work including weekends and public holidays
