CHALET RESERVATION
1. I am a SAFRA member, can I book the chalet under members' rates?
A SAFRA member is not our member and public rates will apply.
2. What is the difference between the premium and regular units?
The bedroom of the regular unit is attached with a toilet, whereas an additional LCD television and shower facilities, including
a bathtub, are available in the premium unit. Both types of units can sit up to 12 pax.
3. What is the maximum duration that I can book?
As our chalets are meant for short stays and recreation purposes, the maximum occupancy is 4 days 3 nights for all
applications.
4. If the maximum booking per application is 3 nights, can I extend my stay under another person's name?
These two applications shall be considered as two different bookings and the first occupants must check out with all belongings;
therefore, such arrangement is strictly impermissible.
5. Can I select a specific chalet unit for my stay?
As the unit is allocated by our system on a first-come-first-served basis, we regret that room selection is not available.
6. I am a member, can I book the chalet for my families/friends under members' rates?
No, members' rates are strictly for members' utilisation as it is an exclusive privilege. For all other bookings,
public rates shall apply.
7. Can I authorise my family/friend to check in and/or check out on my behalf?
The applicant is required to check in personally. Authorisation for check out is permissible and the form is available at the
Member Relations Office.
8. What are the charges if I cancel or amend my chalet booking?
Any changes to the chalet booking will be considered as amendment/cancellation once the receipt is issued.
The amendment/cancellation charges are:

Amendment/cancellation requests have to be submitted in person, and the refund amount will be issued by cheque
within two weeks from the date of request.
9. Do we need to reserve a BBQ pit?
Reservation of BBQ pit is not required as each chalet booking includes a designated outdoor BBQ pit. Occupants are advised
to keep all their belongings e.g. wire mesh and BBQ tongs etc at the end of the day.
10. Can you put me on the waiting list if the chalets are fully booked?
We do not have a waiting list as our online chalet availability is updated daily.
DURING YOUR STAY
11. Can I request for an early check in or early/late check out?
No. We require ample time for housekeeping and processing of check in time shall be after 1400hrs, and the check out time
between 0900-1200 hrs at the Member Relations Office.
12. How many people can the chalet accommodate overnight?
Each unit comes with a queen-sized bed and two single mattresses that can accommodate 4 occupants; however,
maximum occupancy shall be capped at 6 to ensure reasonable and acceptable noise level at all times.
13. I am celebrating my birthday. Can I put up decorations?
Chalet occupants are to refrain from displaying decorative items within their unit and its surroundings. Should decorations be required because of special occasions like birthdays and weddings, the use of non-adhesive materials like Blu-Tack is permitted.
Occupants are required to carefully remove all decorations and materials used before check out.
AMENITIES & HOUSEKEEPING
14. Can we cook in the chalet?
To prevent power trips, cooking of any form and the use of personal electrical appliances such as rice cookers and
steamboats etc are not permissible in the chalet unit.
15. Can we move tables from the chalet outside?
No. In view of safety and convenience to other chalet occupants, we do not allow tables to be placed outside your unit. Any
layout of food etc should be within your designated BBQ pit area, or in your unit in the event of unfavourable weather conditions.
16. How many tables and chairs are provided in the chalet?
Each unit comes with one dining set with 4 chairs as well as 1 dining side table and 6 plastic stools.

17. We are staying for more than one night, so out of convenience can we leave our things behind at the BBQ area?
No. For cleanliness and hygiene reasons, our cleaners will wash the BBQ area every morning and will dispose
of any food and BBQ accessories/charcoal that are left behind.
18. Can I request for extra towels?
Each chalet is provided with 4 towels. Housekeeping service (i.e. changing/additional of towels and provision
of any additional amenities etc) is not available during your chalet stay.
19. Are there any charges for electricity and outgoing telephone calls?
No, there will not be any additional charges.

20. What are the parking charges?
Our car park charges are as follows:

Chalet occupants will be issued with one (1) complimentary parking ticket for multiple entries during their stay.
21. Are there any games available for rental? Mahjong sets are available for rental upon your check in at a one-time rental fee of $5.00 during your chalet stay.
22. Can we patronise the club’s facilities if we are not members of the club? Some of the club’s facilities are opened to chalet occupants: Aviary KTV, The Bistro, swimming pool,
and bowling alley. Chalet occupants are required to observe the respective
dress codes—at all times—when patronising any of the club’s facilities.
